Infrastructure Setup

The selected push platform (OneSignal, Firebase, Pusher etc.) is integrated. SDK setup is done for web and/or mobile. Permission management and subscription flow are optimized.

Segmentation & Strategy

User segments (new, active, passive, buyer) are created. A plan is made for which triggers will deliver which messages to which segments. Content calendar is prepared.

Campaign & Optimization

Notifications go live. Click rate, conversion and unsubscription rate are continuously monitored. Content, timing and frequency are optimized based on data.

Reporting & Scaling

Weekly performance summary and monthly detailed reports are presented. High-performing segments and triggers are scaled, underperforming ones are revised.

No. Only a website is sufficient for web push notifications. Modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) support web push. The browser permission is requested when the user first visits the site; notifications can be sent to users who grant permission without an app. A mobile app is required for mobile push.
More than 1 notification per day dramatically increases unsubscription rates. General rule: 3-5 notifications per week, personalized by segment and timing-optimized. Behavior-based triggers (such as cart reminders) are extremely effective regardless of frequency.
Browser permission for web push is considered a form of explicit consent. However, providing an information text is also recommended. For mobile push, in-app notification permission and data processing consent under KVKK must be obtained separately. As AJANS.DEV, we manage all these processes in a compliant manner.
